This is probably my favorite breakfast. I’m obsessed with peanut butter and cookies, so this hits the spot every time.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup oats (I used @quaker quick)
1 Tb pure maple syrup
1/3 cup + 2 Tb almond milk
1 Tb applesauce
2 Tb powdered peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
Combine all in an oven proof dish, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I prefer mine underdone around 10 mins.
Top with more powdered peanut butter and coconut cool whip.
